This upgrade patch will only work with Route_Riter v6.3.10
or later which will be upgraded to v6.3.52

INSTALLATION
------------
1. Unzip this archive into a temporary folder and READ this file.

2. DELETE THE FOLDER TSUTIL from your existing Route_Riter folder.

3. Copy the new TSUTIL folder and the files Route_Riter.exe, EngineKeys.txt,
EngineIgnore.txt and all required Language files into your existing
   Route_Riter folder.
4. Copy the UHARC.* files into the Route_Riter folder.
5. Copy the SviewRR4.exe file into the Route_Riter folder (this is NOT
   a replacement for SviewRR.exe
6. ONLY NECESSARY IF YOU HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED SHAPE FILE VIEWER V1.6
Copy trainlib.ocx into the Windows\System32 folder (for XP) or
Windows\System (for Windows 98), replacing the file with the same
name already in there. Then go to the desktop Start menu and in
the Run box, enter Regsvr32.exe trainlib.ocx and click OK.
This will register the new file correctly.

New Features -
1. Change the filters box to read *.eng and click
List all Filtered Files on the Graphics tab. This will list all
.eng files in the folder selected, e.g. Trainset and new buttons
there will allow you to convert multiple engines to either AI or
   Unpowered locos.
2. The Filters box now accepts multiple filters, e.g. *.eng;*.wag
where entries are separated with a semi-colon, no spaces. This has
allowed me to also merge the Fix .eng Files and Fix .wag Files
buttons and decrease the number of 'Fix' buttons to five.
3. A new ENG/WAG Files Editor has been added to the Activities/Stock
page. This editor is intended for those who want to alter multiple
.eng or .wag files at once, say to change a Damper value on all Selected
locomotives. See the new HELP file for instructions (separate download).
4. List all Filtered files button now appears on the front screen as
well as the Graphics tab for ease of use.
5. New button on the Filtered Files list screen to remove AI and Dead locos
from the list for ease in producing more AI locos
6. New button on the ENG/WAG Files editor as in 5. above.
7. New option on front screen 'Compress using UHARC' - UHARC is a file
compression utility by Uwe Herklotz similar to Winzip or Winrar, however it
has the advantage of being able to compress files about 25% more efficiently than these.
e.g. Marias3.1 distribution zipped to 87.5 mB whereas UHARC brought it down
to 67.5 mB, a saving of 20 megabytes on a route, this is a considerable
saving to those on dial up.

To use this option, just Check/Compact/Write .bat for your route as normal
then click this option. A file named e.g. Marias31.exe will appear in your
Routes folder. Now, create a Read-Me file which says that this Marias31.exe
MUST be placed in the users Routes folder and run from there, after which the
InstallMe.bat must be run. Then zip up these two files for uploading to
your file library (you can not upload .exe files directly to any of the file
	libraries).

Once the user has ran the Marias31.exe and the route is installed, he can then
	delete it.

If necessary, the .exe file may be zipped as a 'spanned zip' file to reduce
	the size of individual uploads.

8. New option to List all Rolling Stock used by Selected Route.
Select route and click 'Confirm Route', go to Activities/Stock and click
List all Rollingstock for Selected Route. Brings up a list of all Activities
with loose consist stock, then all Consists with their stock.
9. Changed the .Eng/.Wag file Editor to make backups(.BAK) copies of each
changed file. Also advises you when you try to edit a multi-line KEY and
	refuses to make the changes.
10. New version 3.2.143 of TsUtils - Carl-Heinz advises as follows:-
Here is the latest version of TSUtil (3.2.143) It only corrects some small errors,
changes some errors to warnings and now supports some undocumented keywords
	(like 'SignalFlags( abs )')
All of these 'new' keywords are defined in 'TrSim.exe'. So they are really acknowledged.
11. New option on 'List Filtered Files' of 'Delete Selected Files' this allows you to
enter for instance *.bk;*.bak in the filter box. Select a route or 'Train Simulator'
Click the List all Filtered files, this will bring up a list of all backup files, Select All
and click Delete Selected files to remove them all at once. You can of course use this
to delete any type of selected files, best you do not try with *.eng :-)
12. New option to produce 'Thumbnail' pictures of each .eng/.wag file in your Trainset folder.
Double-click on Trainset, enter *.eng;*.wag in filters box, Click List all filtered
files. Then from the list of filtered files, click select all and click 'Make Thumbnails
of .eng/.wag files' This will place a small .jpg file in each rolling stock folder with the same
name as the .eng/wag file, providing there is not one there already.
Note: There are some models which include FreightAnim statements to add details,
These will be displayed IF the .s and .ace files are in the same folder as the
model, aliased shapes/textures will be ignored.
13. Fixed a bug whereby in the Check Route option, missing Textures/Sounds were only looked
for in the Default routes, now all installed routes are searched.
14. New button on top line of the screen 'E/W' which places *.eng;*.wag in the filters box allowing
users to search for all .eng and .wag files using List all filtered files for the Thumbnail
	option above.
15. Note: Some users have advised they do not get any Thumbnails saved in their .eng/.wag folders
This may be because picformat32.ocx or picformat32.dll are missing from their Windows\System32
folder, or that picformat32.ocx is not registered properly. To register, follow the installation
instructions para6 at the top of this file.
16. Bugs fixed - Fixed the Normalise .T Error Bias option which did not work. RR now ignores track
sections for the Berlin Underground route beginning 'TML' these tracks are not in tsection.dat,
do not use RR for any options on this route. RR now saves the Shape File Viewer path when it
starts and rewrites it back to the registry when it finishes, so the Registry entry for use
with Conbuilder should still work OK.
